As i’m sure will be no surprise to many of you we try our best to ensure we deliver a quality service throughout the customer journey, this is made all the more exciting when you are reviewed by an external, independent body, so it’s with a great sense of pride that we can say we’ve recently achieved ISO 9001:2008 Certification – the standard focusses on management principles, customer service, and the continual development of our organisation to deliver the best for our customers.
Huge thanks go to all the internal team involved throughout the application process, with special thanks to Craig Kellett who worked tirelessly though the mountains of paperwork. A good job all round, and the added reassurance for customers old and new.
