These Northern Types is an exploration of northern identity by Split Design. Proudly supported and produced by Pressision this is a thought-provoking and ambitious collection of typographic works.
The publication comprises 17 pieces of wonderful works that make up the book. With material support by Fedrigoni UK, a multitude of papers was carefully selected from their portfolio to enhance the design and print.
To bring the large body of works to life we utilised a number of our services. These included digital and litho printing, foiling, collation, folding, guillotining, wire stitching and hand finishing.
To house the finished books we produced a beautiful black slipcase using Fedrigoni Sirio Ultra Black 460gsm. We finished this with a black hot stamping foil and a die cut aperture.
