As part of our ongoing investment programme we’ve recently introduced a new Management Information System (MIS). Some of you might already have noticed our new look quotes, and the introduction of things like order confirmations. It’s been one hell of a project migrating from our old system, but, now fully up and running we’re starting to use some of the many great features this system has, from delivering live feeds to our production board through to it being able to supply detailed customer relationship management data. Essentially helping us as a company work to much greater efficiency and in turn helping to ensure our clients are getting the best service possible.
